Data You Enter
You may enter subscription names, prices, currencies, billing cycles, renewal dates, trial dates, categories, reminder settings, and notes. This information is used only to provide the subscription tracking features inside the app.
Local Storage
Your subscription records are stored on your device. Guardly does not require a bank connection, financial account connection, or Guardly account.
iCloud Sync And Restore
If iCloud is enabled on your device, Guardly can use Apple iCloud and CloudKit private database services to sync and restore your subscription records across your own Apple devices. This is intended for device changes and recovery.
We do not operate a separate server to access or sell your subscription records. You can manage iCloud availability and app data through Apple device settings.
Screenshot Import And OCR
Guardly can help import subscription details from screenshots you select. Text recognition runs on device. Selected screenshots are not uploaded to a Guardly server, and every detected field can be reviewed before saving.
Notifications
Guardly may ask permission to send local notifications for renewal reminders and trial ending reminders. Notification permission can be changed in iOS Settings at any time.
Face ID, Touch ID, And Device Passcode
Guardly can use Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode to protect access to the app. Biometric authentication is handled by iOS. Guardly does not receive or store biometric data.
Widgets
Guardly widgets may display a limited local summary, such as upcoming renewals or trial counts, using Apple app group storage on your device.
Purchases
Guardly offers a one-time Lifetime Unlock through Apple StoreKit. Purchases are processed by Apple. Guardly uses purchase status only to unlock paid features.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your subscription records with advertisers or data brokers. Guardly does not include third-party advertising SDKs.
Deleting Data
You can delete subscription records inside the app. You can also remove app data by deleting the app and managing iCloud data through Apple settings.
Children
Guardly is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children.
